At Bailey's we specialize in the manual cut down process of industrial fasteners and can work with nearly any type of fastener material or finish!

We can cut a 1/4” or more off of almost any fastener. Our cutting capabilities range from 2” diameter down to the skinniest standard and metric sizes. We have a length limit of 1-1/4" for slotted and Phillips head screws, all other screws and bolts we can cut down to 1/4”.

We also have many other cuttings capabilities! 

We can cut: 

• Steel rod to size or make double end studs out of it

• Fasteners or rods per size given, per tolerance, or per print

• Fasteners of any finish:

• Grade 8
• Grade 5
• Grade 2
• Phosphate and Oil
• Zinc or any other finish 
• Steel Brass Stainless and many other metals

 We repack and ship back to our customers anywhere in the USA following standard routing guidelines. We ask that customers provide return labels for UPS or FedEx package returns.
